Hello, im selling a 1988 s10 4x4. This is my daily driver, and has been for a while. Odometer reads 201,xxx. All the work done to it was done by an older gentleman i know that is a professional engine builder. This was his personal truck. He put a different motor in it that he built with forged rods/pistons, and also a new tranny. It has newer tires on it id say 75% or better. New belts, brakes, hoses, battery, alternator, ball joints and other front end stuff. Has new wipers, wiper motor, reupholstered seat and headliner, and a newer exhaust. Has k and n filter. this truck runs and drives awesome! this is my daily driver and i average 18 mpg 50/50 mix. There is a few downfalls though. The truck isnt new, so keep that in mind please Its rusty, frames good, but body is decent(isnt that bad but isnt a show truck). It leans a little to the drivers side, i think its a leaf spring. It needs sway bar bushings, doesnt effect drivability at all, just makes a clunk sounds over bumps, still drives straight and fine. It could use door pins, chevy thing same with when i got it a lot of paint was gone and primer was showing, i painted over. it looks pretty good but im not a professional. Other than that its an awesome truck, i drive it everydayand it starts no matter how cold. 4x4 works great and its just all around a great truck. its reliable and wouldnt be scared to take it anywhere, i drove it two hours away from home last week and back and it didnt miss a beat. i reserve the right to end auction early, call or text 319-538-4151 anytime for questions or for more pics. this is my first vehicle being sold on ebay and i wanna keep my feedback at 100% so if you have anything you want to know ill do my best to answer and to get back to you fast. The drivers side window will roll down but you have to hold it because the clip on the backside of window is broke, cheap and easy fix. The oil pressure gauge and temp gauge dont work, never bothered me truck runs and drives great! just wanted to put that out there. It has a aftermarket cd player, has a plastic bedliner, and all the internal parts in tailgate and handle is new so it works great. I also have two spare rims with bad tires if you want them.
