Yep, road tested, and has some mileage, but it looks very presentable, runs and drives great, and needs nothing. It has a nice clean Carfax, no accidents, has almost new tires, everything works, drives easy, and will do well in all seasons. These vehicles are all but bombproof, has mileage, but still has a long ways to go yet and the price is right! exterior The paint and body on this guy are presentable. It's not an award winner, but it's fine for daily use and by no means to be ashamed of. It's all original except the hood and grille which we had repainted because of fade. The wheels look nice and tires are almost new. The windshield looks fairly recent as well. The doors all open and close easily, no signs of any damage, no obvious dents, and no hail. This vehicle has not seen road salt, but Jeeps can rust a bit in a few places just by nature. The left front roof corner and passenger door lower rocker are the only spots that show, and neither are real bad yet. The undercarriage is rust free, engine compartment as well. The roof is lacquer checked pretty good, hood was the same, but we stripped it and reshot it, came out nice. The passenger front fender and right rear decklid pillar are showing it a tad. The front and rear bumpers both have paint gone and the front is pitted. There's a few small nicks about the body and small scratches. It's a Jeep with mileage, basic transportation, again, not a show winner, but looks fine for what it is. interior The interior is clean and has been detailed. There's no mal-odors. I didn't find any burn holes either but the lighter is used. The upholstery is all great, just the few normal cracks you always find on the drivers bolsters. We can replace the panel for $80 if you want it 'new'. This one is pretty well equipped, all power, tilt, and it all works except the CD changer in the trunk which is at least missing the magazine. It has the CD player and tape deck, so getting an iPod adapter will be easy. We did replace a few speakers that were blown up front. The steering wheel leather has been removed so the padding underneath has a few little gaps where it goes around. We have the original manuals and window sticker, $25k new! mechanical This Jeep runs and drives very well. I've put probably 250 miles on it since purchase and have been very pleased. It fires easy, idles fine, clutch has plenty life left, no grinding in any gears, easy to maintain on the highway, steers well, brakes straight under heavy load, and the 4x4 works fine. We replaced an 02 sensor and tightened down the valve cover gasket. Both the oil pan and valve cover gasket show normal Jeep seepage, somewhat damp, but not leaving a puddle. The oil pressure is great and there's no piston slap or knocking like you start to see on some Jeeps with mileage. This 4.0 is by no means tired. These Jeeps are extremely durable, very very hard to kill. My own personal Jeep has 252k and runs great, and I've had them with 320k+ running fine. They're all cast iron just don't break. It's been a very long time since I've seen a 'newer' body style with the 5-speed too, very hard to find. Think the only thing I noticed was a tiny bit of audio feedback coming from the transmission area on the freeway, it's barely barely there, and maybe just the way they are, like I said, it's been a while since I've seen one. It's not noisy, and the rear end in this one is surprisingly quiet for the mileage. You'll like this one, very reliable transportation. comments We guarantee original miles and clean title.
