This was a nice low milage A6 Quattro until one of our fine Western PA deer decided to commit suicide by automobile! It only has about 35,000 miles on it. Its the 3.0 motor. Its still a nice car, but as you can see it has some damage. Headlight assembly is completely missing, fender is likely salvagable, hood likely needs replaceing. The fender is pushed back very slightly and is touching the passenger door. I don't think its a major fix, but i am not a bodyman! It has been sitting around for some time, resulting in the drivers door getting damaged, and the rear bumper cover now needs painting also. There may be some additional dings, dents etc. Please look over the photos carefully.
Also, it has stopped running for some reason.It was running rough when the deer was hit, and ran afterwards, so we think it is un-related to the accident. We do not know why it stopped, or what is wrong with it. It will not start or even try to start, but turns over freely.
We had one person tell us that there were some problems with the cam belts on this motor, this could be the problem, I don't know. If it is then the valves are likely bent. If you want to risk it, you are on your own with this baby.If you can do your own work, it will make a nice ride for you or possibly a money maker for you.
We don't want to fool around with it anymore at this point and are selling the car as-is where is. There is no reserve.
We can help you load the car onto a flat bed, but it is really unrealistic to transport it on a conventional car carrier, as it is not running.
