To see a short video on how this vehicle runs and sounds go to the following movie and enjoy: We are offering this nice ONE OWNER 1997 BMW 328i 4DOOR SEDAN! This pretty car is so typical of BMW's that even with a lot of miles it still looks good and runs great! It even has a high score from AutoCheck, out of a range of (34-65) this one scores an incredible 70! Not too bad for a car with a reported accident. I know the AutoCheck says 2 owners but that is because they count the new car dealer I bought it from, who traded the car in, and I don't! I think you should have to register the car to count as an owner of record. This car has a lot of really nice options including power windows, door locks, mirrors, power leather seats, Am-FM stereo with Cassette player, electronic climate controls, driver information center, and more! I tried most of the options and they operated as they should. The only thing that did not work is the power sunroof, I don't think it is broken because it worked fine before, it does not make any funny noises, it just does not work. It may be something as easy as a blown fuse or a faulty switch, but the mechanical components work fine. From driving this car I can tell you it sure runs good. The 2.8 litre 6 cylinder starts right up and idles quietly. It is mated to a smooth shifting 4 speed automatic transmission. This car goes down the road nice and straight, and it handles great! The ABS equipped brakes work perfectly. The only mechanical issue I noticed is that today for the first time the Traction Control lit up just like I had turned it off, which you can, but I didn't. I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but the car runs fine either way! The interior is very nice and clean, without nearly the wear and tear you would expect from a car of this age and mileage. The green exterior paint is very clean and shiny with only a few minor nicks, scratches or dings, and no visible rust! There is a dent on the passenger side front door, but that's it! Overall it is a very nice looking car and I would not be afraid to drive it across the country just the way it is! The tires appear to be in decent shape, but honestly I did not look at them too closely. They are mounted on the really nice BMW factory aluminum alloy wheels, but one is missing, I don't know where it went but it does have a good steel wheel on it so it is safe, it is full size and not one of those crummy space saver wheels. I called around for prices on a wheel and I was quoted $125 for the wheel. Unfortunately they did not have one, but maybe an auto salvage place near you has them. The car recently passed inspection and it has a NJ state inspection sticker valid through April of 2013!! These used older BMW's can be quite pricey, I have seen similar cars for $6000-$7000, but with my low wholesale pricing policy you will not have to pay anywhere near that price!! In fact you may be able to win it for way less then half that amount!! All my vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Many of the vehicles are also driven so they may have a few more miles than is listed or shown in the pictures, but not too many, certainly not enough to affect the value of the vehicles. I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect, I occasionally will make a mistake or miss something . Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Please read my feedback. We are offering this nice ONE OWNER 1997 BMW 328i 4DOOR SEDAN! This pretty car is so typical of BMW's that even with a lot of miles it still looks good and runs great! It even has a high score from AutoCheck, out of a range of (34-65) this one scores an incredible 70! Not too bad for a car with a reported accident. I know the AutoCheck says 2 owners but that is because they count the new car dealer I bought it from, who traded the car in, and I don't! I think you should have to register the car to count as an owner of record. This car has a lot of really nice options including power windows, door locks, mirrors, power leather seats, Am-FM stereo with Cassette player, electronic climate controls, driver information center, and more! I tried most of the options and they operated as they should. The only thing that did not work is the power sunroof, I don't think it is broken because it worked fine before, it does not make any funny noises, it just does not work. It may be something as easy as a blown fuse or a faulty switch, but the mechanical components work fine. From driving this car I can tell you it sure runs good. The 2.8 litre 6 cylinder starts right up and idles quietly. It is mated to a smooth shifting 4 speed automatic transmission. This car goes down the road nice and straight, and it handles great! The ABS equipped brakes work perfectly. The only mechanical issue I noticed is that today for the first time the Traction Control lit up just like I had turned it off, which you can, but I didn't. I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but the car runs fine either way! The interior is very nice and clean, without nearly the wear and tear you would expect from a car of this age and mileage. The green exterior paint is very clean and shiny with only a few minor nicks, scratches or dings, and no visible rust! There is a dent on the passenger side front door, but that's it! Overall it is a very nice looking car and I would not be afraid to drive it across the country just the way it is! The tires appear to be in decent shape, but honestly I did not look at them too closely. They are mounted on the really nice BMW factory aluminum alloy wheels, but one is missing, I don't know where it went but it does have a good steel wheel on it so it is safe, it is full size and not one of those crummy space saver wheels. I called around for prices on a wheel and I was quoted $125 for the wheel. Unfortunately they did not have one, but maybe an auto salvage place near you has them. The car recently passed inspection and it has a NJ state inspection sticker valid through April of 2013!! These used older BMW's can be quite pricey, I have seen similar cars for $6000-$7000, but with my low wholesale pricing policy you will not have to pay anywhere near that price!! In fact you may be able to win it for way less then half that amount!!

All my vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Many of the vehicles are also driven so they may have a few more miles than is listed or shown in the pictures, but not too many, certainly not enough to affect the value of the vehicles.

I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect, I occasionally will make a mistake or miss something . Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Please read my feedback. A non refundable $500.00 deposit is required via PayPal within 24 Hours of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. I only accept PayPal for the initial deposit, the balance due must be paid in CASH or by ELECTRONIC WIRE TRANSFER. Despite what anything else may say I do NOT accept cashiers' checks, money orders, or any other type of so called "Certified" funds. If you absolutely must pay by PayPal there is a 5% inconvenience fee, and you need to talk to me prior to doing this. Contact me for information on this.
