2003 BMW 540i M Sport Package 115,422 miles( subject to change slight with test drives) Well-Kept and Clean! I just recently purchased a M3 and no longer need this car. I've owned it for a few months now and it has been extremely well kept and frequently maintained and serviced, with the most recent oil change done approx. 2000 miles ago. The car runs and drives beauitfully and has never failed me. Despite the slightly higher mileage, its still in great condition and a great value for the price. Car had some sort of water damage and recieved a rebuilt title. I have driven it for a while with absolutely zero issues apart from the common e46/e39 airbag light that comes on due to the harness that goes into the trunk. The terminals tend to break over time where they connect to the battery. This is an easy fix and I had VAC quote me at $300 to fix this if the light bothers you. This does not affect the functionality of the airbags itself or anything else, just causes the dash light to be illuminated. Also, the rear seat is damaged on the left side. I had a bunch of cleaning products at one point that I was transporting for my work and some of them opened and spilled, and caused a reaction that dried up and hardened the leather.I have found a replacement seat for $150 that I can have installed if the buyer is willing to pay for it. Car just had new Pirelli all-seasons installed in the front due to the old enduro's being improperly balanced and wearing unevenly. I had these done properly at a local tire shop and all is good now. The rear tires are still in great shape, and they are enduro's. The car starts up everyday fine with no issues and runs beauitfully, but it is time for me to let it go. I don't need two cars and I could use the money to pay off a few of my bills. The car has had oil services done every 3-4k with synthetic oils as per BMWs guidelines. I would have no issues with trusting this car on a cross country trip. It literaly drives great, and I am positive it could make a cross country trip with nothing more than a few fill-ups of fuel. In fact, if someone is willing to fly out to pick the car up in order to drive it back, I will take the car to get maintenanced with all new oil/filters and everything checked over yet again by a shop. Do not be afraid of the title. I bought the car and had absolutely no issues with it but have merely just changed preference in vehicles hence me selling it.
