Great condition classic street rod with a mild setup intended for daily driving. Body sound with custom paint. Body sound and believed to be 100% original. Original interior. Original wood bed recently replaced, matching snap bed cover. Small block Chevy V8 w/Edelbrock intake and Holley carb. Muncie 4sp transmission w/Hurst shifter. Newer clutch, drive train and 342 Camaro rear. New power steering kit installed. On Feb-12-12 at 15:34:49 PST, seller added the following information: Revising the listing due to recent findings while moving the vehicle from a local shop to my house: While the vehicle will start present running state is NOT running or road-worthy at this point. Engine idle is very rough and the vehicle is prone to stalling. Vehicle will need to be towed, please plan and bid accordingly. Brakes and steering do however work fine. In this process I have also discovered an oil leak which appears to be the rear main seal and have found the bell housing to be not installed. Due to the change in status I will process any bid retractions without hesitation. I apologize for any trouble as I was led to believe that the shop had the truck all well sorted and road-ready. Will be revising the pictures and putting up more detailed pictures that show some rust that does not appear in these older pictures. There is some rust forming at the bottom of the bed fender wells and a small bubble on the drivers side front fender above the headlight. Frame and body is otherwise in good shape and accessories like wipers, signals and lights are all functional. On Feb-14-12 at 03:52:51 PST, seller added the following information: Put up some additional pictures of areas that have been being asked about regarding rust exposure and some initial pics of the undercarriage. Frame is sound and original. Will be posting better pics of the front and rear frame sections as soon as I can. Thanks for all of the interest! On Feb-15-12 at 14:10:42 PST, seller added the following information: Have uploaded a bunch of extra pics showing the undercarriage in response to the questions concerning the shape of the frame, etc. Original pics were from 2003 so have included shots from today. Frame is completely original and 100% intact. Despite the areas that I have denoted (rear fenders at the steps and the bubble through over the driver side headlight) this vehicle does not have rust issues and is a great candidate for further restoration. On Feb-16-12 at 17:43:10 PST, seller added the following information: Correction: Misstatement on the 'missing' bell housing corrected by a fellow ebayer who reached out for more info. Bell housing is an older style that had an inspection panel which is the part that is missing so you can see the clutch from the underside of the vehicle. When you examine from the engine compartment you can see the bell housing. Sorry for any confusion on that.
