This is a documented 1970 TRUE SS chevelle. I have all the build information on this car direct from GM. It was manufactured in GM's Oshawa, Canada plant on Sept. 29, 1970. If you are lucky enough to find a 70 chevelle with the number 1 in the seventh position of the vin, they still have microfish on file upon request to tell if it is a true SS. This car is the real McCoy! It was a 396-4 speed car from the factory, it was the color combination that you see in the pictures. It has a recently rebuilt 396(bored .30), the heads are 1965 Corvette 427, Muncie 4-speed, Hurst compitition plus shifter, new clutch, complete rebuild on rearend 373 Posi complete exhaust with Flowmasters, new 20 & 18 inch wheels American Racing Touq Thrust, new front glass, all new weatherstripping, new bumpers and emblems, the stainless on the car is original, Performer intake, 750 Holley double pumper carb, HEI ignition,alluminum radiator, new cowl hood.. THE LIST GOES ON!!!!! It's a real eye catcher and hauls !!!!!. TRUNK has some rust as seen in picture. Needs trunk pan replaced.
