1965 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe, a recent body on restoration completed May 2009. Equipped w/ numbers matching 327/300 (F0202HP 5111478 pad #'s), casting # 3782870 and block date (B 15). Correct Glen Green exterior (900 GG) w/ correct Saddle interior (420 AC). Factory options include powerglide automatic (TO111N), power steering, power disc brakes, power antenna, comfort and convenience group, teak wood steering wheel and Knockoff aluminum wheels. Mileage believed to be accurate per previous owners and title. Current title also shows actual miles. This car is absolutely stunning and very rare find and is listed in the C2 registry. Purchase includes a VERY extensive and impressive history binder of chronicled paperwork. I will not bore everyone w/ all the numbers but almost every component (including all side windows and rear glass, intake, carb, water pump, pulleys, alternator, crank pulleys, rear diff., fan clutch, master cylinder, left and right cylinder heads, surge tank, starter and left side headlight motor) were documented and written down by previous owner for dates and identification. According to the paperwork the front windshield has been replaced and it does not have the original radiator or water pump. Original orange valve covers come w/ purchase. I have ALL receipts, photo album, pictures and documentation of the work. Also included in sale is the copy of the original window sticker, 1965 owners manual, 1965 Corvette shop manual, previous owner history and build dates. You could not buy one and make it look like this for ANYWHERE NEAR the asking price....much less the labor, money and time invested. There is WAY too much to list. The attention to detail of the undercarriage and under hood absolutely spectacular (see pics). Excellent climate history as owner history shows from Las Vegas, then Arizona and then to Texas. Dry climate car that has been indoors and covered. Everything new or rebuilt, including professional rebuild of transmission w/ less than 500 miles. Roughly only 1k miles since restoration. It is ready to go and you don't have to go to work on it, just enjoy it. All gauges, tachometer, odometer, power antennae, clock and radio work perfect. All glass and lenses excellent. Chrome and stainless immaculate. Headlight motors rebuilt and work perfectly. Spare tire tub, knockoff hammer and jack intact. This 'midyear can be driven anywhere or shown at car shows. Crisp and new it is a blast to drive. Very, very nice car that will hold its value. Sharp car that turns heads everywhere and a sound investment. Rare opportunity, REALISTIC price that CANNOT be matched as it is priced to sell and the restoration work has already been completed. This car is STUNNING.
