After the green base is applied,we start the camouflage process. The brown and black (also CARC) is appliedusing the military schematics.All of the paint work is completed in ourwaterborne compatible Garmat downdraft paint booth.When finished the truck is to military specifications,looks great (just look at the pictures) and will hold up for many years!We can even modify the vehicle to suit yourneeds. From mild to wild, we build-to-order, installing lift-kits, auxiliarylighting, winches, etc. What about THIS vehicle?This vehicle has received a thorough going overas you’ll read below, and is detailed in the photos Vehicle was first thoroughly pressure washed from top to bottom,inside & out to remove all of the grease, grime and mud left behind frommilitary use that can cause issues with corrosion. Vehicle received a 131 Pointfull vehicle inspection to determine maintenance, structural and cosmeticneeds.Air filter replacedFuel filter replacedOil & filter were replaced with Rotella 15W-40 Diesel motor oil.Front & rear differentials were serviced with 80W-90 gear oil.Transmission was flushed & serviced with DEXMERC fluid in ourMotorVac TransTech III Transmission Fluid Exchange machine.Replaced transmission vacuum lines for a hard 2-3 shift.Cooling system flushed and filled with 50/50 coolant.Radiator cap replaced.Block heater added.Replaced glow plug controller.Tested glow plugs and replaced as needed.Replaced temp sensor & connector.Replaced all fuses.Rehabilitated fuse box, terminals, and wires.Interior was stripped of the seats, floor pad, door panels, dashpad, etc. to prep for refinishing.After finding rust, the inner & outer rocker panels and entirefloorboards were cut out and new reproduction metal pieces from LMC Truck wereused to fill the holes.Patch panels and welding areas were coated with self-etchingprimer to prevent rust while promoting paint adhesion.Minor dents and dings were professionally repaired before beingspot primed.Doors and body panels checked for proper alignment.Entire vehicle interior was painted with Sherwin Williams Waterborne Chemical Agent Resistant Coating. (CARC)Interior flooring was coated with Raptor Liner for a slipresistant, easy to clean finish.Seat upholstery was cleaned as it was free of damage.Door panels and dash pad dyed to original color after being fadedfrom the sun.Vehicle exterior was completely repainted using Sherwin WilliamsCARC according to the US Government’s original camouflage schematics. Build-to-order means we can modify this vehicle
to your heart's delight before delivery. Custom paint/Camouflage schemes, we
even do vinyl wraps. Brush guards, winches, tow packages, auxiliary lighting,
CB Radios, custom stereos, turbocharging... nothing's impossible. Most
modifications can be done and ready for delivery in 30 days.

Vehicle comes with a valid
CO title, in my company name ready to be legally transferred, registered and
put to use immediately. Included is a two month temporary tag for you to drive
on when you first get your new blazer

This very rugged, reliable truck will serve you
well as a work or recreational vehicle, perfect for daily driving, hunting,
camping, or simply hauling your neighbor's hummer out of the muck.

We fully inspect these trucks upon arrival and
professionally repair any damage in our state of the art body shop using only
the finest materials available today.

After the body work is completed, the trucks are
spot primed with DUPONT Urethane Primers, and then painted with military spec
CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) paint. After the green base is applied,
we start the camouflage process. The brown and black (also CARC) is applied
using the military schematics.

All of the paint work is completed in our
waterborne compatible Garmat downdraft paint booth.

When finished the truck is to military specifications,
looks great (just look at the pictures) and will hold up for many years!

We can even modify the vehicle to suit your
needs. From mild to wild, we build-to-order, installing lift-kits, auxiliary
lighting, winches, etc.

This vehicle has received a thorough going over
as you’ll read below, and is detailed in the photos

  Vehicle was first thoroughly pressure washed from top to bottom,
  inside & out to remove all of the grease, grime and mud left behind from
  military use that can cause issues with corrosion.
• 
  Vehicle received a 131 Point
  full vehicle inspection to determine maintenance, structural and cosmetic
  needs.

  Air filter replaced
• 
  Fuel filter replaced
• 
  Oil & filter were replaced with Rotella 15W-40 Diesel motor oil.
• 
  Front & rear differentials were serviced with 80W-90 gear oil.
• 
  Transmission was flushed & serviced with DEXMERC fluid in our
  MotorVac TransTech III Transmission Fluid Exchange machine.
• 
  Replaced transmission vacuum lines for a hard 2-3 shift.
• 
  Cooling system flushed and filled with 50/50 coolant.
• 
  Radiator cap replaced.
• 
  Block heater added.
• 
  Replaced glow plug controller.

  Tested glow plugs and replaced as needed.

  Replaced temp sensor & connector.

  Rehabilitated fuse box, terminals, and wires.

  Interior was stripped of the seats, floor pad, door panels, dash
  pad, etc. to prep for refinishing.

  After finding rust, the inner & outer rocker panels and entire
  floorboards were cut out and new reproduction metal pieces from LMC Truck were
  used to fill the holes.

  Patch panels and welding areas were coated with self-etching
  primer to prevent rust while promoting paint adhesion.

  Minor dents and dings were professionally repaired before being
  spot primed.

  Doors and body panels checked for proper alignment.

  Entire vehicle interior was painted with Sherwin Williams Waterborne Chemical Agent Resistant Coating. (CARC)

  Interior flooring was coated with Raptor Liner for a slip
  resistant, easy to clean finish.

  Seat upholstery was cleaned as it was free of damage.

  Door panels and dash pad dyed to original color after being faded
  from the sun.

  Vehicle exterior was completely repainted using Sherwin Williams
  CARC according to the US Government’s original camouflage schematics.
