Vehicle Detail

This car belonged to a customer of mine and he passed away las summer so the family has decided to let the car go. I have worked on the car for the past 6 years and the car run's great and has never had any problems. The car has a 351 windsor motor that has been played with it has SVO aluminum heads with a 2 4 barrel intake that has 2 650cfm edelbrock carbs with progressive linkage and this motor run's! There is an electric fan set up with all chrome puleys and a chrome alternator and waterpump. It has polished valve covers and an oval air cleaner that allows the ram air hood to work. The tranny is a c4 that was redone about 3 years ago with all new gaskets and seals and shifts nice. The exhaust is a set of headers with flowmasters out under the rear bumper and sounds good. The interior has been redone and looks nice with a new set of dolphin gauges that all work properly. The seats are also in nice shape alomg with the headliner and carpet. The only flaw is the paint on the inner edge of the door by the window it will need an easy touch up. There is a am/fm cassette radio that plays well and a 4 speaker system in the car. The heater core was just done this past June. The suspension has been replaced and has both front and rear sway bars. The rear end is an 8 inch open rear with highway gears for cruisin. The rims are crager ss and have decent tires on them. The car has manual disc brakes in front and drums out back. It also has manual steering. The body was done about 10 years ago but still looks good. You can see some body work on the passenger front fender and door but not real bad. The hood is a ram air set up with the opening at the front of the hood and is functional. The floors and quarters are solid with no rust. The car is a really good driver and with a little effort could be a very nice car. Or just drive it as is. If you have any questions or need more pictures just email me or call me at 914 557 6130 I am sure I have forgotten some of the stuff on the car so ask what you need to know, thanks. On Feb-13-12 at 06:45:42 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several people ask about a buy it now. One can be installed if an offer is made by email or phone that is reasonable. The owners want to sell the car and with 160 people watching the auction and over 3500 hits on the ad I think it should sell. The reserve is not far from the current bid so keep bidding and good luck!!
