NO RESERVE! I would assume the accident listed on the car fax report is the cause of the rear bumper being bent down, was probably rear ended. I bought this truck off a guy who only wanted the plow off it for his farm. So he took it off and sold me the truck. It was leaking oil and tranny fluid when I got it, both were easy fixes. The oil filter was leaking and the valve cover(which may still be leaking a little). The transmission lines were fixed at one time with compression fittings and one was leaking. I cut it out and put in some high pressure hose and double clamped both ends. Has been holding thus far. I just drove it to the dump and back, about 60 miles round trip. Rides great, drives ok, RUNS GOOD, SHIFTS good thru all the 4 gears, auto w/ overdrive. Did run a little rough when cold, looks like the truck sat for awhile as the JIFFY LUBE sticker says it needs an oil change at 76k or 2006! Seems to be running better now. Just idled a little rough is all when cold. No Leaks as of now. HOT HEAT. Body has a businesses BODY WRAP on it, with some rust underneath I can see. It was this businesses plow truck until the tranny fluid and oil started leaking. I have not had the wheels off. I looked at the exhaust it needs a muffler at least and tail pipe i'd say.. it is kind of loud but not enough to get a ticket i'd say. good: nice tires and wheels, interior nice(needs cleaned), brakes seem to work good. rides ok. starts right up. glass is all GOOD. windows work. has A/C dunno if it works. PUSH button 4x4 works in 4 high, haven't tried low. seems mechanically sound. doors are nice and tight shutting/opening. bad:some play in the steering, exhaust is kind of loud, but not real bad, muffler is rotted off. Rear bumper is messed up, but on it. tailgate is hard to open, just needs lubed up id say, does open . GAUGES ON LEFT PORTION OF CLUSTER DON'T WORK, SPEEDO / ODOMETER , TACH WORKS , GAS GAUGE, TEMP, ETC DO NOT. There is another cluster in the back was sitting inside when I picked it up. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STUCK ON, PROBABLY FROM SITTING. rear brake anti-lock light is stuck on, probably again from sitting. head lights need hooked up as they were unhooked when the plow was taken off ( i can prolly wire them up if need be) I have not had time too look at em. Running lights work. I think the brake lights work ok. Lenses are all good. Grill is pushed in somewhat. Transmission lines are holding but I don't know how long they'll hold, but it's NOT leaking ANY fluids now! NO DRIPS, added some pics of underneath, but NO DRIPS. 76K original miles I was told. doesn't smoke. full power I have described this vehicle as honestly as I can. I would title it and drive it, but i have THREE other trucks a car, bike etc. I have no room for it! I have only put less than 100 miles on it. I don't think it uses much oil if any. Doesn't appear to be leaking any underneath from what I saw when I repaired the oil/tranny fluid leaks. I invite anyone interested in it to come look at it and drive it. Could very well be a daily driver, drives ok, steering is a little sloppy(typical ford), better than my f150!~ Actually a pretty solid truck! Has a clean title. I put 6 gallons of gas in it and it appeared to be full, that was about 50 miles ago. i'll add more info when i think of it and some pics. I know the tires/wheels are worth $150 ez, gas is nearly full and the 4x4 works and it runs/shifts good. I would say this truck could be driven daily or used for snow , hauling, etc. I would not recommend driving it long distances on the highway, just my opinions as I only drove it on the highway a few miles so I don't know how HWY safe or trustworthy it is, did OK tho. I only put about 60+ miles on this truck. My Dad is an ex AUTOMOTIVE shop owner and I would expect him to say about the same. In my opinion the truck is rather ugly but could be simply painted right over the body wrap and look pretty good i'd bet. IF truck had same tranny as my 90 f150 i'd definately keep it. I believe it has an AOD or ATOD which im not familiar with. My pics are mostly all BLUISH, best pic is the one looking at the whole truck from downhill. Someone must have thought this was a good truck because the tires probably weren't cheap. They're at least 75% i'd say roughly, no positive, good though. Thanks for looking! I just went down to where the truck is and it started right up and ran well, idled good cold, i forgot to mention i put FRESH gas and a can of BG44K in the tank. It sat for ten days also so I wasn't sure the battery would crank but it did good. it's in about six inches of snow but i think it'll make it out no problem.
