This car is also a tiptronic (automatic trans) 911, one owner car with low miles at 59872. The car has supple leather, lrft and right full power seats. The engine was resealed in april at Howard Cooper Porsche in ann Arbor: $4811.49, we have invoice; at 51K miles back in 2006 we have another invoice for a 60K service and other misc items totaling $3826.95. The car drives as you would expect a 60K mile 911; the overall condition of the car is very good, some minor flaws: chips on the hood; scuff on the right lower front valence; a few door dings on both side; the rear lens have "pinked" out as they all do plus a few cracks; the wheels could all do with a refinish; a slight scuff on the rear bumper right side of the license plate. Items that would be considered normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car. The interior is very clean with the drivers chair showing some aging but no real wear. This car overall is a great value as the 964 gains more recognition in the marketplace as they have long been overshadowed by the 993. Please call Bob Schneider with questions.
