In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a nice pre-owned 2007 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 Camo. These are great ATVs. They have an air cooled, 4-stroke, engine with a fully automatic transmission. The transmission has high and low range as well as reverse. It has on-demand 4 wheel drive meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a lever. It also has a speedometer with odometer. Racks on both ends are standard, it has full floor boards instead of pegs and a trailer hitch. These ATVs are plenty big enough to do anything you want yet not huge and heavy like some of the big bore machines. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in very good condition. It has only 751 original miles of use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately as soon as you push the button. The chassis and suspension are in great shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and pulls hard with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly as well. The wheels are in good shape and the original tires still have lots of life remaining. The plastics are in good but not new condition. It has nothing cracked or broken but does have the usual trail scratches that all used ones have. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. While this ATV is in great shape expect normal used ATV wear like scratches on the racks, minor surface rust on the exhaust etc. A new one just like this would set you back around $8,000. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
