Hello all. I am selling my Father's 2006 Porsche Boxster for him. The exterior is charcoal grey, with black leather interior. The car has only 35K miles (Approx. I have tried to over estimate as he will be driving it minimally until it is sold). He only drives it half the year when he is in Florida, and mostly on the highway to the airport (he flies for work) or to the golf club. The reason I am selling it for him [ besides that he is not tech savvy and couldn't figure how to list it for himself ;) ] is that over the last few years he has suffered some nerve damage in his leg and he is no longer able to drive the car without discomfort. The car itself is in perfect working order, I have driven it and it is a blast to drive; good acceleration, corners like a dream and handling sharp as a tack. But you know that already, because it's a Porsche. The car has been professionally maintained by our local mechanic, whom we trust like a family member and has serviced and repaired all our cars for the last 15 years. Everything on the car works as it should. the power roof goes up and down quickly and quietly, the heated seats work, air conditioning is ice cold, the tire sensors all function, and all the pixels on the dash are operational. The paint is still very bright and clear, the canvas top has no flaws and the rear window is clear and scratch free. The car has two small boots (trunks) in both the front and rear, and near perfect 50/50 weight distribution for amazing handling and balance. As you can see from the pictures, the wheels don't even have curb rash as you might expect from a car of this year. The car is garage kept at all times, and professionally prepared by our mechanic for storage for the summer months. The only issues with the car are three very minor cosmetic ones. On the interior, on the center console, the air conditioning temp switch, as well as on the corresponding fan switch, the black coating of the plastic has worn off as can be seen in the pictures. They still function perfectly of course.On the rear trunk lid, there is a very small dimple (can be seen in picture) where the trunk was closed on a golf club handle. I have place my finger in the picture so as to illustrate the size of the imperfection.Lastly, there are two small paint imperfections. On the front right wheel arch there is some slight rash to the clear coat from, presumably, a parking lot mishap. There is also a light scratch on just the clear coat of the front left quarter panel , it is about an inch long. I have shown both in the photographs. I think that is about it.
