1953 KAISER DRAGON This rare 1953 Kaiser Dragon was found recently in a garage which is where is was stored for the past 30 years. The previous owner has recently passed away and the Dragon had to be removed from the garage to settle an estate. Clear NJ title with surrogate papers are included. After installing a new 6volt battery, new Firestone tires, cleaning fuel tank and installing new brakes the car started with no trouble! The car will still need all fluids changed and possible trans work? When I first went to move the car it hesitated going into reverse. Once the car warms up the transmission is more responsive. I was able to drive the car a few miles but a transmission fluid changed would probably help. With little cleaning and TLC this would make a great driver. The interior is all original and has no rips or damage! The carpet was replaced at one time. The exterior was repainted once and is extremely solid. The engine runs great and is a original 226.2CID "Supersonic" 2-bbl L head. 118hp Inline 6 paired with a Hydra-matic Automatic transmission. The car was origional Green Boucle on Green Banbu Vinyl. Please understand this Kaiser has been off the road for 30yrs and will need minor work. The reserve has been set with this in mind!
