To see a short video on how this vehicle runs and sounds go to the following movie and enjoy: We are offering this very nice high mile 2 OWNER 1998 CHEVROLET C1500 SILVERADO 1500-3 DOOR 2WD TRUCK! I am very familiar with the Chevy line and I can say with no hesitation that this has been a well cared for and maintained vehicle. If I didn't tell you the mileage you would never be able to guess it by looking at it or driving it, it's that nice. This is the Silverado model and back then that meant that it had the highest level of equipment, stuff like power steering and brakes, power windows, door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, delay wipers, air conditioning, sliding rear window, class 3 hitch, power seat, cargo lamp, keyless remote entry, overhead console, and much more!! This truck has the 5.7 litre V-8 that starts right up and purrs like a kitten, just listening to this truck idle you will be amazed! It does not have any of the valve train noise you would expect from a truck of this mileage, in fact it runs so nice and quiet it makes me wonder if the engine was replaced at sometime. It is mated to the very smooth shifting 4 speed automatic transmission. The truck goes down the road nice and straight, and it handles good and is quiet. There are no strange noises or smells associated with this vehicle. It does have the check engine light on, but it must be something minor as the truck runs so good! All of a sudden the brake light came on, it's almost like the parking brake is on and caused the light to activate, but I don't think that's it, unless the switch is faulty. One of the really nice features of this truck is that it has the G80 locking differential, what a difference that makes, I drove this truck in about 3-4 inches of snow and ice a couple of weeks ago and it was no problem! Who needs 4 wheel drive, especially here in NJ! The brakes on this truck work great, they stop the truck quickly, safely and in a straight line! The black exterior paint is clean and shiny, with only minor flaws like scratches, nicks, dings or dents. These are only minor issues at best, especially considering the year and mileage. The gray cloth interior looks like it belongs in a truck with HALF the mileage this one has, it's that nice, it does not show anywhere near the wear and tear you would expect, it could probably use a better scrubbing then I gave it, but it is still pretty damn nice! The windshield does have a crack in it and will need to be replaced eventually. The tires are in excellent shape and 3 out of the 4 are mounted on the nice factory aluminum alloy wheels. The 4th has a full sized steel wheel, you can probably pick one up cheap at the salvage yard. It even has a PA state inspection and emission sticker valid through August of this year!! This truck, even with this mileage has a Kelly Blue Book value of OVER $5900.00 but with my wholesale pricing policy, you may be able to win it for way LESS then HALF that amount!! All my vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Many of the vehicles are also driven so they may have a few more miles than is listed or shown in the pictures, but not too many, certainly not enough to affect the value of the vehicles. I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect, I occasionally will make a mistake or miss something . Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Please read my feedback. As you can see almost everyone has been satisfied. Please do not come here wanting to inspect the vehicle and then pay, I offer you the opportunity to inspect it first. We are offering this very nice high mile 2 OWNER 1998 CHEVROLET C1500 SILVERADO 1500-3 DOOR 2WD TRUCK! I am very familiar with the Chevy line and I can say with no hesitation that this has been a well cared for and maintained vehicle. If I didn't tell you the mileage you would never be able to guess it by looking at it or driving it, it's that nice. This is the Silverado model and back then that meant that it had the highest level of equipment, stuff like power steering and brakes, power windows, door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, delay wipers, air conditioning, sliding rear window, class 3 hitch, power seat, cargo lamp, keyless remote entry, overhead console, and much more!! This truck has the 5.7 litre V-8 that starts right up and purrs like a kitten, just listening to this truck idle you will be amazed! It does not have any of the valve train noise you would expect from a truck of this mileage, in fact it runs so nice and quiet it makes me wonder if the engine was replaced at sometime. It is mated to the very smooth shifting 4 speed automatic transmission. The truck goes down the road nice and straight, and it handles good and is quiet. There are no strange noises or smells associated with this vehicle. It does have the check engine light on, but it must be something minor as the truck runs so good! All of a sudden the brake light came on, it's almost like the parking brake is on and caused the light to activate, but I don't think that's it, unless the switch is faulty. One of the really nice features of this truck is that it has the G80 locking differential, what a difference that makes, I drove this truck in about 3-4 inches of snow and ice a couple of weeks ago and it was no problem! Who needs 4 wheel drive, especially here in NJ! The brakes on this truck work great, they stop the truck quickly, safely and in a straight line! The black exterior paint is clean and shiny, with only minor flaws like scratches, nicks, dings or dents. These are only minor issues at best, especially considering the year and mileage. The gray cloth interior looks like it belongs in a truck with HALF the mileage this one has, it's that nice, it does not show anywhere near the wear and tear you would expect, it could probably use a better scrubbing then I gave it, but it is still pretty damn nice! The windshield does have a crack in it and will need to be replaced eventually. The tires are in excellent shape and 3 out of the 4 are mounted on the nice factory aluminum alloy wheels. The 4th has a full sized steel wheel, you can probably pick one up cheap at the salvage yard. It even has a PA state inspection and emission sticker valid through August of this year!! This truck, even with this mileage has a Kelly Blue Book value of OVER $5900.00 but with my wholesale pricing policy, you may be able to win it for way LESS then HALF that amount!!

All my vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Many of the vehicles are also driven so they may have a few more miles than is listed or shown in the pictures, but not too many, certainly not enough to affect the value of the vehicles.

I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect, I occasionally will make a mistake or miss something . Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Please read my feedback. A non refundable $500.00 deposit is required via PayPal within 24 Hours of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. I only accept PayPal for the initial deposit, the balance due must be paid in CASH or by ELECTRONIC WIRE TRANSFER. Despite what anything else may say I do NOT accept cashiers' checks, money orders, or any other type of so called "Certified" funds. If you absolutely must pay by PayPal there is a 5% inconvenience fee, and you need to talk to me prior to doing this. Contact me for information on this.
