Original adult only owner. Clermont, Florida. This car has been garaged and unregistered for the last year and a half. It has only been taken out for short, routine spins around the neighborhood. Starting price reduced significantly since last listed. Original paint is in very good condition with a few minor imperfections. No dents. No accidents. New roof/top and rear window installed 3 1/2 years ago is still like new. (cost: $1,460.00) Weatherstripping is cracked and needs replacing. Very little water ever gets in. The engine has always run well. Interior is pretty clean. No dash cracks. Door finishing in good shape. No tears in seats. Some fading. 3 inch split in carpet under drivers floormat where hump meets floor. Mats are in very good condition. Glass is all good. AC stopped working last month. Not sure why. Suspect either it just needs a charge or possibly the hi-pressure line may need to be replaced. (The hi-side line was replaced at 60k) There is one very small oil spot on my garage floor. I just added a little brake fluid as there is a very slow leak at RR. Front brakes replaced at 75k/ Rear @ 88k. None of these problems were evident when we garaged it but this car needs to be driven regularly. Digital odometer gets funky and sometimes flashes on and off. There is a slight shimmy between about 50-57mph. Suspect it may need an alignment and/or tire balancing. Rubber still has a good amount of tread. Battery is new. Cooling system is in good condition.
