1981 Scirocco S Cosmos Silver Metallic Colorado winter is not a practical place for a Scirocco, selling my dream car to buy a truck. One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but something that has to be done. Car is an excellent starting point for any Scirocco project. Body is far from perfect, but rust is at a minimal. Will need paint and dings and dents repaired to be perfect. Also, P.O. installed hood pins and drilled nickle sized holes in the core support and hood, I know awesome. Currently covered with two authentic Rat Fink stickers best for rust protection. Passenger side fender is dented, but have a dent free Por 15 covered replacement fender ready to go, just needs paint. Strut tower and frame unaffected just the fender. Runs and drives, but has issues...RD engine code with high miles, was going to transplant a 1.8T or something else but... FF transmission with a slight 2nd gear scratch when cold.Original Scirocco S front seat frames covered in MK3 cloth and foamDash has cracks, but not to bad. Texas car with minimal rust and clean title. Box full of extra parts included with sale. both front door glass, fuel distributor, etc... More pictures in the next day or so...
