Ok, here ya go.......THis is an Immaculate 1-of-a-kind 1978 Mercedes 300D Diesel with only 88k original milesl!!! NO JOKE, you heard me correct.!!!! This low mileage very clean vintage car is up for auction with NO RESERVE!!!! As you can tell by the pictures, this car is CLEAN. The body, paint, wheel, and tires are all in way above average condition. No rust on any of the body panels, no bubbling, no scratches, no door dings. All moulding appears to be present as well. The tires have plenty of tread. 2 are kuhmos and 2 are bridgestones. The chrome bumpers are not pitting and are in great condition. The trunk area is clean and has the original spare and tire changing equipment. The engine runs flawlessly, with no smoking or sputtering. No leaks either. The transmission shifts properly. ALL electronic options are functional including the power antenna, the power windows, a/c, heat, hazard lights, etc. Ihave been through this car and have tried like heck to find somthing that dosent work...I can't..lol. The interior is in near perfect condition. The carpet as you can see is clean, the headliner is original, the seats are clean. The only flaw I can find are a few minor cracks on the dash. The windsheil does have a tiny star that can be filled and is in no way on the verge of spreading. its only about the size of a grain of rice, if not smaller. The radio works too. I just put a new battery in this car. The winning bidder can drive this car home to where ever that may be. The car is road ready and can be drivin anywhere. Car needs nothing.
