Up for sale is my 1996 GMC 1500 4x4 reg. cab short bed, 5 spd, 305 v8, locker rear end This truck is lifted 6 inches, with 36 inch tall tires. It has a Richmond lock right locker in the rear end. Truck is powered by a fuel injected 305 with approximately 95 k miles on it, it is a manual 5 speed transmission. The truck runs real strong, the rear end locks up extremely well. It feels like a giant truck!! The body is in decent shape, the drivers side front fender and door are a little banged up. The frame is starting to rot! see photos, the frame has a lot of rust, and rust scales, the rear section near the drivers side rear tire is bad and needs attention. The truck was just taken off the road, and has a dead battery. It does however run and drive, it just needs a battery. It can be tested with a jumper cables. This truck is not street legal in Massachusetts because of the lift. It is being sold as is.. It needs work but could be a great project for the right person. I have to many projects and no time, hate to see this truck go it has been around locally for as long as I can remember.. Thank you and happy bidding.
