1993 Honda XR

First Year electric start HONDA 650L with mods................Never crashed. Yes, I have fallen down in the dirt a few times but only scuffs and a cracked headlight shroud. Clarke 4.7-gallon gas tank, White Bros. Mikuni slide carb and throttle, Foam air-filter, 1-inch lowering-link, Almost new Perelli DOT knobbies. Custom wide bars with safety-wired MX grips, Quick-fold mirror, Accerbis hand guards / shields, Lower chain-guard, Factory chainguard is included but not installed. Good chain, recent oil and filter change, recent top-end work includes High-Compression Wiseco piston, new rings, all new gaskets and valve-guide seals. I bought this bike five years ago in what looked to be like-new condition. Soon after I became aware the motor was using (burning) a lot of oil. The head was rebuilt with new valves and the electronic ignition components have been replaced with new units about 1,000 miles back. If you wnat,I have all of the original gas-tank and carb for a separate price. I have ridden the bike on a few dual-sport events in Wisconsin........and trailered it to Idaho and Wyoming for some trail-riding. The bike starts and runs like it should, and no longer burns excessive oil. Its a real blast to ride with extra power but still has a stock exhaust to keep it quiet. Shipping is at the buyer's expense but I am willing to assist with proper arrangements.
