im selling my 01 lightning regretfully but need the money. it does need a few things done but it runs and shifts great very strong truck .starting with the exterior it has some rockchips and the front bumper has a bad chip about 3 inches long but it has been touched up the tailgate has a dent in it also near handle area and also has a scratch on it but neither is real noticable around 15 feet or so but rest of paint and body looks good . interior the leather on the steering wheel is torn and the driver seat has a small tear i was going to just have some new factory seat covers installed factory radio wasnt working and was removed so it will need a radio . it has a plastic bed liner in the bed and a tonneu cover over it .the engine runs great but it has a upper end ticking sound took to ford dealership and they said it was a valve guide worn but it doent smoke any. 5.4 sohc and 4.6 s are notorious for this but its not suppose to affect engine performance or life at all has had synthic oil installed . as stated truck does need alittle work but for the price i think its a good deal .any questions or pics call me at 205-270-0115 i havethe clear lein free title in hand in my hand ready to go . also has a brand new trailer hitch and reiciever installed and 7 way plug i bought this truck mainly to show and pull my 03 cobra to the track so most all miles were already on the truck when i got it but i think they must have been highway miles beacause truck is very tight (doors steering ) also front tires a 80% life almost new but rears WILL need replacing SOON .i dont have the certificate from svt but i do have the manual. i may have the original window sticker. truck is sold as is were is and all info is correct to the best of my knowledge you are welcome to come and check it out/drive it i or inspection. for sale locally so auction could end early
