THIS IS A 1978 HONDA CB550K SUPERSPORT. A CLASSIC! This bike ran well for years until the end of this past summer of 2011. Needs a new or rebuilt carburator. I've decided notto invest the time and energy in restoring this bike.I loved riding it,but I don't have the energy or dedication to restoring it.Take it AS-IS and fix it up. The Honda CB550 is the Classic Street Bike and anyone looks good riding it. I bought it used so I don't know its history before 2004, but it does look like it was laid down at least once. Fortunately for me not while I owned it. The starter works and the battery is only a year or two old,but it is not starting right now. Take it,clean the carbs and I bet it'll start up like clockwork again. NOSHIPPING is available. THIS IS FOR PICKUP ONLY. In September It would not start and hasn't been able to start since then.My opinion is that the Carburator needs cleaaning or replacing.I've decided to sell it instead of fixing it.
