This 1979 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible is a nice looking, good running car that has been well cared for. The odometer states 11722, but we'll assume it's 111722 based on its overall condition. The paint looks relatively new and is well done. There are a few minor chips, but with a coat of wax it will shine up nicely. Some of the rubber seals are a bit dry but still in good condition. The top looks great. Inside, the upholstery looks great but the passenger seat seems to have lost some of it's padding and is a bit flat. (see photo) The carpets, mats, and headliner all look good, but the dashboard has two minor cracks in the pad, and the horn cover is loose. Mechanically it runs and drives well, but we did notice a minor leak on one of the pushrod tubes. Not really a big deal, but you may notice a few drops on your garage floor if parked for a while. All four tires are new. Not a show car, but a very nice driver that could make your next summer a memorable one.Warranty InformationAS IS - NO WARRANTY This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.
