It was a trade in on a new BMW at our dealer in September 2004 and sold the second time by us October 3, 2004. This BMW was than again traded in for a new BMW sold by us in early May 2008 and sold by us again for a third time May 14, 2008. Last week on December 23, 2011 the car was a trade again at our dealership for another new car. Needless to say our customers are quite loyal to us and have been for more than forty years. These cars are traditionally wholesaled to used car dealers. This car has received a condition report however it has not been inspected or reconditioned for traditional resale. This BMW is equipped with the following features: Tilt steering wheel, optional 17 inch alloy wheels, CD, step-tronic automatic transmission, air conditioning, premium package, power windows, mirrors and door locks, dual power seats, memory drivers seat and outside mirrors, sport package, cruise control etc. This 2001 BMW drives fantastic. The performance off the line or at passing speeds is outstanding. The transmission feels great and operates correctly and effortlessly. This car provides an exceptional driving experience! This BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to any side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. This car is equipped with 17 inch factory sport alloys with only very minor blemishes mounted with a matched set of near new Michelin 225/45 ZR 17's with at least 95% tread wear left. All tools are present. The spare is a matching 17 inch alloy with original issue full size tire that has never been used. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, lower driving lights, turn signals, reverse and brake lights and running lights. The service history and records are outstanding on this automobile from day one all the way to present. Fluids are clean, correct and at proper levels. The car is due for front bushings which is normal for all e46 models. The next service is aprox 8700 miles from now. There are no warning lights on and no open campaigns so the car can be exported with ease. The interior color of this BMW is tan. The interior condition overall is very good! The dash is free of cracks. All carpets have little to no ware with only minor spots here and there that should easily shampoo out. The drivers sport seat outer side bolster is showing minor ware. The rest of the seats are exceptional! The wood inlay on the passenger side front door has minor hairline cracks. The cup holders have minor surface ware. The headliner, sun visors, interior door panels are in very good condition with no obvious imperfections. There are no signs of tobacco use in this car ever and there are no funky odors of any kind! The interior power door lock and hazard light switch's are not working both are positioned side by side in the center console. All other features perform correctly including power seat adjustments, ice cold air conditioning and fan settings, instrument lighting, all instruments,interior lighting, climate control, instrument gauges, moon roof, audio etc. Overall the interior of this this eleven year old BMW demonstrates a car that has been not only garaged but maintained at a very solid level!This BMW is finished in Sapphire Black Metallic. The paint and body of this car has superb sheen and luster along with a mirror finish and looks to be original. There is no signs of oxidation anywhere on the entire car! There are very minor blemishes on the body including tiny stone chips on the front nose, a dime size shallow ding on the drivers door, a couple small impression on the rear deck lid, minor scuffs on the passenger side rocker cover and normal scuffing on the lower front valance. All glass windows are original OEM. The front windshield has a few minor chips and imperfections. All weather stripping is soft and supple. Overall the exterior demonstrates an automobile that has not only been pampered but maintained at a high level overall. IMPORTANT: No one likes surprises when spending their hard earned money.
