The original owner acquired the vehicle new in Florida July 15, 2000 and it was sold the second time in California on September 30, 2003 and has been in California all the way to present. These cars are traditionally wholesaled to used car dealers. This car has received a condition report however it has not been inspected or reconditioned for traditional resale. This BMW is equipped with the following features: Tilt steering wheel, 16 inch alloy wheels, CD, Harmon Kardon Premium sound, automatic transmission, air conditioning, premium package, power windows, mirrors and door locks, dual power seats, memory drivers seat and outside mirrors, cruise control, power top and xenon lighting etc. This 2000 BMW drives fantastic. The performance off the line or at passing speeds is outstanding. The transmission feels great in all gears and operates correctly and effortlessly. This car provides an exceptional driving experience! This BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to any side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. This car is equipped with 16 inch factory alloys with only very minor blemishes mounted with a matched set of Pirelli P6's. The front tires have at least 80% tread wear left and the rear tires have at least 35% tread wear left. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, lower driving lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse and brake lights and running lights. Fluids are clean, correct and at proper levels. Upon inspection we found no oil leaks or signs of wetness. The brake rotors are due to be turned and the pads replaced and this will be completed for the winning bidder. The next scheduled service is simply for an oil change about 4100 miles from now. There are no warning lights on and no open campaigns so the car can be exported with ease. The interior color of this BMW is tan. The interior condition overall is very good! The dash is free of cracks. All carpets have little to no ware but have some spots here and there that should easily shampoo out. The drivers seat is separating between the upper front fascia and side bolster. The drivers seat bottom needs to be reupholstered. The wood inlays on the two interior front doors and passenger side dash have minor hair line cracks but you have to look really close to find the flaws. The passenger front seat is in good condition with little to no ware. The headliner and sun visors are in very good condition with no obvious imperfections. The entire rear seat is nearly perfect soft and supple. The passenger front seat is also excellent. Interior door panels are simply exceptional. There are no signs of tobacco use in this car and there are no funky odors of any kind! All power seat adjustments work correctly, ice cold air conditioning, instrument lighting, all instruments,interior lighting, climate control, instrument gauges, audio etc.The power top does not work and we have not investigated why. Overall the interior of this this twelve year old BMW demonstrates a car that has been not only garaged but maintained at a very solid level!This BMW is finished in the classic German color of Light Gelb Metallic. The paint and body of this car has superb sheen and luster along with a mirror finish and looks to be original. There is only two spots of oxidation on the entire car! The rag top boot cover clear coat is failing. Estimated refinishing cost is two hundred fifty dollars. There are very minor blemishes on the body including tiny stone chips on the front nose, a 16th of an inch nick on the right rear quarter panel (yes tiny), two quarter size scuffs on rear bumper and a few faint scratches on the front bumper and that's it! There are no noticeable dents or dings on this automobile! All glass windows are original OEM. The front windshield has a few minor small stars. All weather stripping is soft and supple. The Convertible top material is in exceptional condition with zero tears of any kind. Overall the exterior demonstrates an automobile that has not only been pampered but maintained at a high level overall. IMPORTANT: No one likes surprises when spending their hard earned money.
