I have a 1957 Studebaker Transtar Deluxe pickup for sale, the only difference for the deluxe models is the visors on the windows. This truck is not running, in fact the motor is disassembled and in the bed. This would be a great street rod project or could go back stock. It was a one owner truck, I have the original 1957 title that goes with the truck (probably worth as much as the truck). Sorry for the lack of pictures, I can get more if you request but the truck is in good shape, the worst damage is the tail gate and bed floor have some rust and dents, there are small rust blisters on the cab corners but aside form that the rest of the truck is straight and solid. The windshield is intact and the grill is fiberglass and in the bed, it has some cracks and will need a little help. I was going to put a 4 cyl Cummins in it but I don't have the time or money and I would like to see it go to some one that dose. I would like a 200 dollar deposit via PayPal 48 hours after the end of the auction and the rest in cash upon pick up. I will not deliver but I can help load, I have a skid steer on site. I can store it as long as you'd like but be warned that if we get much snow you'll have to wait till spring to get it, and if its a wet spring you may have to wait till summer. any questions call (970)879-4202 On Dec-29-11 at 19:15:04 PST, seller added the following information: I added some more pictures and as per questions it is a 1/2 ton truck and I believe it is a 259 V8 with a 4 spd floor shift tranny. Also the blue fenders in the back go to my ford and are not included in the auction.
