I have a 1997 ford f150 that has a 4.2 motor, auto, 2 wd, short bed, hitch, extend cab. This is a nice truck it was a work truck has ding and marks on it. some rust on the lower door area. The Bad this truck does need a few things, and has some problems. Its need a cat converter on the driver side need calipers in the front- the abs light is on which is very common for fords the transmission overdrive sensor doesn't work, so you need to turn overdrive off or it shifts hard, and will leak a little. the bad quater glass window on the pass side extend cab was broken into so I put a piece of clear plexi on it. the window is 65 at junk yard The good is that the motor was replaced at 62,000 miles by metro ford. has only 130k on body of truck tranny was rebuilt has new shocks, tie rods and bearings interior is in really great shape. has cd player has cooper tires new in march back has lots of tread left But I thought that will a little attention this could make a great work truck for someone. Want to sell now, I need the money thats the reason I am not keeping and repairing. You can look at anytime.
