This has been my personal family vacation van for many years. My kids are grown and it is time for someone else to enjoy it's beauty and character!! I have meticulously maintained this van! Always inside, always through the Mikes Carwash at the end of every journey ti get the ful underbody wash. Oil changes every 3,000 miles, never smoked in and always garaged. The photos speak for themselves. The upholstery is 100% and looks like new, even the drivers seat. We are very easy with respect to wear on our vehicles and it shows. The weatherstipping shows the marked lack of exposure to sunlight as it is all in excellent condition. Yes, the read a/c does work! Everything works like new! I will say that the only fan speed for the rear air is high speed, it's been that way since I started driving it in 1997. The frone air is ice cold with no leaks. Check out the woodwork!! There is just nothing like this anymore! It has a very special "coach" feel and is a dream to drive. I finally put a new transmission in about 20,000 miles back. The only wrenches to touch the engine was the intake manifold gasket at 120k or so and tune-ups as required every 80k or so. It is on a very fresh tune-up and fuel filter change. I also updated the wheels not very long ago with new BFG radial T/A's all the way around. 5 years ago I have the paint all re-done including new stripe kit. My friend and restoration artist did the work so everything would be exactly historically correct, right down to exact measurements and color matches on the stripe kit. Ignore the miles! It shows like a 40k vehicle! Head across country with confidence! The last trip I did was last December to Orlando and back with my Son and his girlfriend. Confortable down and back as always.
