This is an early model Miata with very low mileage. It's been well kept and driven sparingly. It's been serviced, detailed, has a brand new top, and it's ready to roll. The car has a 2-owner history, it's free of rust, everything works, just a nice fun responsive little convertible that'll get great fuel economy and put a smile on your face. exterior The paint and body on this car are in presentable but not perfect shape. I've been over it and am guessing it's original, no obvious signs of any body work or repaint and it has an accident free history. The wheels are in decent shape and tires have pretty fair tread left. The windshield is ok, 2 little chips, no cracks. Our cost is $125 if you'd like a new one. The top is new, we just had it put on, and let our upholstery shop do it so it came out perfect, goes up and down very easily. The body is very decent for a 20 year old car. There's no rust and no hail. It does have about 10 small dings about the body, none are awful. The photos really don't show them, so please read this for what it's worth. If you'd like us to have our PDR guy go over the car completely, figure about $100 to have the dings removed. The clear coat is a tad thin but not worn through anywhere. We've waxed it and it looks nice. There's a few touched up scratches and several chips about the body. It you wanted a 'dime' you could have it repainted inexpensively. I think it looks just fine now though. Sometimes my camera makes the orange hue come through the red paint, but this car is fire engine red and nothing else. interior The interior is in good overall shape. It doesn't smell like smoke, actually, smells like new car now on account of the new top. The upholstery is good and matches the low mileage. It does have some wear on the arm rest vinyl which is typical on these. The dash and doors are still in very nice shape, we have the factory floor mats and original spare cover. Everything works well inside. mechanical This little car is a kick to drive. I drove it 30 miles to get the top put on. We did do a full tune-up, new plugs and wires, new oil and filter, and replaced the battery. The car idles smooth and quiet, clutch feels good, plenty of kick, tight, quiet, and easy to drive. These little cars are good for 200k+ with proper service, you should get a long life from this one to come. Fly in and drive home anywhere. comments This is a neat little car and a lot of fun.
