Vehicle Detail

1986 Ford F-350 dually with 19' Hodges flatbed with beavertail and ramps, custom hitch able to pull 14,000lb tag trailer, used to load 1 car on truck and 2 on 40' tandem axle trailer, Bought from Indiana in 2008 and was originally from Oklahoma. No longer in transport business and need to make room. All 6 tires have 50% tread left or more, Ramsey electric winch has new motor but the case has a leak, comes with new stainless simulators in the box, new power steering pump in box, new outer tie rod end in box, new A/C and power steering belts, A/C was converted to 134A and blows cold, 460ci with 4barrel carb, T-18 4 speed trans with good clutch, Sony AM/FM/CD, Truck and flatbed have little if any rust, only on the east coast for 31/2 years and driven only 20K miles here. Vehicle runs very strong and was used as primary vehicle for 6 months after I bought it as a substitute truck for my transport company, It has been used as a hobby vehicle for last 3 years and used sporadically. Has 2 fuel tanks and both need filler neck work to function properly, front tank has always been functional. Vehicle could be driven cross country if you live far. Dual exhaust is solid but leaks at flanges and needs minor work to be perfect.New digital brake controller. Please call with any questions. Stephen 848-702-0187 Pictures will be posted by this weekend. As seen in the pictures, a new D/S door, both high pressure and low pressure power steering hoses, a 7 pin trailer port, and a new oil drain valve is included. Currently, the truck is driven with no power steering pump attached and manual steering. ( No pump with a power steering box ) The truck has factory cruise control mounted on the steering wheel with all under hood pieces intact. The cruise control is not functional and needs to be looked at to make it work. The door was purchased because it has some metal creased as well as the skin started to dettach and rattles a little. The 7 pin trailer port mounted on the truck just has a broken hinge on one side of the lid but is still functional. The drain valve was purchased because the original valve lets oil drip because the treads are not 100%. The new valve has a stand alone plug and I was going to tack weld the base so you did not have to utilize the stock treads anymore and the it would no longer drip oil..Stainless simulators are new and are not installed. They were just placed on the wheels for the pictures. The vehicle is currently registered and insured and the title has always been ready for transfer to the new owner. In NJ as well as many other states, it has a salvage destination because at one point it was repaired. I was told by the person I bought it from that somebody backed into him in the front end and it was financially more to his advantage to to get more money from insurance and then buy it back as salvage from the insurance company and repair it than it was just to have them fix it. The other piece of that puzzle was that his family owned a body shop. It was minor front damage but, the vehicle had low equity being it was 20 years old at the time.
