Vehicle Detail

This is a series 63 Coupe De Ville that drives and runs great. The vehicle ID is Style 59-6337, Body YFW10612, Trim 45, Paint 44, and ACC. PHY. I purchased the car a year ago, and have a CLEAR title. The previous owner had attempted some repairs and restoration, but lacked the skill to reach his restoration goals. This car is in its ORIGINAL condition, and needs restoration. I do not know if the transmission and motor have been rebuilt, but both seem to work fine. The car has what appears to be the original leather interior, it needs the usual dash repair and perhaps some seat covers. It has : Power Seats Antenna Power windows AM Radio Power Brakes Power Steering 390 V-8 It has the following new parts Tires Brake hoses Shocks Battery Fuel pump Rebuilt Carb Spark plugs and wires Rebuilt generator Rebuilt power steering gear box Complete dual muffler exhaust system The power seats do work, but I think I blew a fuse to the circuit. I've tested the windows and they all go up and down. The heater has a bad core, I removed it. I also removed the antenna. The heater core and the antenna are included with the vehicle, and are in the trunk. I'm not sure if the odometer is working. I have new belts, and serviced the car with a lube and oil change. I also have the moulding for the driver's door and window trim. I checked the brakes, and they look good. The car has been painted in the past. There is some indication of an attempted previous repair on the driver's side door, and there is an indication of some of the usual rust in the lower rocker panels, above the wheel wells, and around the base of the rear window. This is a great restoration project, or can be driven around town as-is in its current condition. I drove this car during the summer, and it runs "cool" and turns heads. In general this is a great example of the rare 1959 series, and is one of ONLY 21,924 Coupes built during that production year. Purchase of this car is in AS-IS condition and no warranty is implied or conferred. When bidding is finalized, a $2,000 deposit must be made to PayPal within 48 hours, the balance of the bid must be paid in cash or cashier's check, funds MUST clear the bank prior to release of the vehicle and title.
