This is a really nice ONE owner vehicle. I bought this van from a friend I have known most of my life, and I am familiar with it. He bought it brand new for his wife and 2 sons, and I know that he always had it well serviced and dealer maintained. Even though this van is a little high on the miles, you would never know it by looking at it, or driving it. If you brought this van home your neighbors would think you got a new car! It's that nice. This van is loaded with a lot of nice equipment including power windows, door locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, front and side air bags, security anti theft system (from the factory, not some crappy aftermarket thing), front and rear A/C & heat with air filtration, AM-FM Stereo with CD player and 6 speakers & steering wheel controls, 8 way powers driver seat, Homelink transmitter, convertible 2nd row Captain's chairs & retractable third row "magic" seat, delay front & rear wipers, cargo net, matching factory floor mats, remote keyless entry with BOTH key fobs & keys and the VALET key, tinted glass, rear window defogger, DUAL power sliding doors, DVD-7" TV and rear audio with remote headsets, and more!! The 240 HP 3.5 litre 24 valve VTEC V-6 starts right up and idles fine, it is mated to a smooth shifting 5 speed automatic transmission, this van is economical getting 25 MPG on the highway. It goes down the road nice and straight and handles like a dream! The ABS equipped brakes stop the car quickly, safely and in a straight line! The Sage Brush Pearl paint is very clean and shiny with no dings, scratches or rust, there is a small dent on the rear door, and a mark on the bumper, that's it! The van looks almost new. The Fern interior is clean and has very little wear and tear, his wife is tiny so I am sure she didn't put much wear on the drivers seat. The rest of the seats are fine too! I really like the shelf Honda puts between the front bucket seats, and the power sliding doors are awesome! The only mechanical issue I could find is I think the A/C needs charging because it's not as cold as I think it should be, but it's hard to tell when it is cool out, but who needs A/C now anyhow, and I will be selling this van cheaply enough that it won't matter. I know they just put tires on it in the last year and there is plenty of tread left to last a lot of miles and they are mounted on the nice factory aluminum alloy wheels. It even has a NJ state inspection sticker valid through MAY of 2012! The book value on these vans is unreal! The Kelly Blue Book value is OVER $10100.00!! But with my wholesale pricing policies you may be able to get this van for LESS than HALF that amount!! This will probably be my deal of the year!! This is a really nice ONE owner vehicle. I bought this van from a friend I have known most of my life, and I am familiar with it. He bought it brand new for his wife and 2 sons, and I know that he always had it well serviced and dealer maintained. Even though this van is a little high on the miles, you would never know it by looking at it, or driving it. If you brought this van home your neighbors would think you got a new car! It's that nice. This van is loaded with a lot of nice equipment including power windows, door locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, front and side air bags, security anti theft system (from the factory, not some crappy aftermarket thing), front and rear A/C & heat with air filtration, AM-FM Stereo with CD player and 6 speakers & steering wheel controls, 8 way powers driver seat, Homelink transmitter, convertible 2nd row Captain's chairs & retractable third row "magic" seat, delay front & rear wipers, cargo net, matching factory floor mats, remote keyless entry with BOTH key fobs & keys and the VALET key, tinted glass, rear window defogger, DUAL power sliding doors, DVD-7" TV and rear audio with remote headsets, and more!! The 240 HP 3.5 litre 24 valve VTEC V-6 starts right up and idles fine, it is mated to a smooth shifting 5 speed automatic transmission, this van is economical getting 25 MPG on the highway. It goes down the road nice and straight and handles like a dream! The ABS equipped brakes stop the car quickly, safely and in a straight line! The Sage Brush Pearl paint is very clean and shiny with no dings, scratches or rust, there is a small dent on the rear door, and a mark on the bumper, that's it! The van looks almost new. The Fern interior is clean and has very little wear and tear, his wife is tiny so I am sure she didn't put much wear on the drivers seat. The rest of the seats are fine too! I really like the shelf Honda puts between the front bucket seats, and the power sliding doors are awesome! The only mechanical issue I could find is I think the A/C needs charging because it's not as cold as I think it should be, but it's hard to tell when it is cool out, but who needs A/C now anyhow, and I will be selling this van cheaply enough that it won't matter. I know they just put tires on it in the last year and there is plenty of tread left to last a lot of miles and they are mounted on the nice factory aluminum alloy wheels. It even has a NJ state inspection sticker valid through MAY of 2012! The book value on these vans is unreal! The Kelly Blue Book value is OVER $10100.00!! But with my wholesale pricing policies you may be able to get this van for LESS than HALF that amount!! This will probably be my deal of the year!! I have had a rash of non paying deadbeats who want to inspect the vehicle then want to renegotiate or renege on the deal, I do not renegotiate. A non refundable $500.00 deposit is required via PayPal within 24 Hours of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. I only accept PayPal for the initial deposit, the balance due must be paid in CASH. If you have to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal there is a 5% inconvenience fee. Contact me for information on this. If you do not contact me to make arrangements within 24 hours I will sell it to the next bidder and issue an unpaid strike and negative feedback. The balance and pick up of the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. Failure to pick the vehicle up within the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day or if you don't pickup the vehicle within the allotted time you will lose your deposit and I may or may not relist the vehicle. I do not get involved in shipping, that is on you. There is a $99 documentation fee, and if you live in NJ I am required to collect the appropriate sales tax. If you have a driver's license and insurance, I will even give you a temporary tag for $25.00 so you can drive it home. That's it. Nothing hidden.
