This is a 1970 Mercedes Benz 220D. Engine is a 4cyl Diesel automatic that is in great shape and runs great. This car has been very well maintained. The vehicle is a one owner vehicle purchased in 1970 and has been garaged kept most of its life in Arizona. The vehicle has been inherited and now is still garage kept in Dover, DE. The vehicle is in pristine condition inside and out. Absolutely no rust. There are 62,261 original road miles on it. Very comfortable car to ride in. The paint is all original and is in very good condition. Everything inside works. The interior is still in like new condition. Some additions include an air horn system, Kenwood cassette player and a compass in the center. My grandfather first purchased the Benz in 1970. He took a few road trips with it and then just kept it in the garage as he did not want to get rid of it. Then, my grandfather gave the vehicle to my father in 2007. The Benz needed some work done because of the normal wear a garage kept car develops. We used a local independent Mercedes Benz shop that work with older Benz's to have small things like hoses and some ignition problems fixed. All records of the vehicle are provided with the car. The vehicle has a clear title in hand and ready to go and has had no accidents. Vehicle has a working A/C, heater, lights, wipers. The windows manually roll down and the front seats adjust manually. The interior is like new with no rips, tears, or even any wear. Car has been fully maintained and has current tags.
