I have for sale a 1956 Buick Super. It is a good restoration project. It is just a rolling chasis with the engine and transmission removed. I have both the engine and transmission though that goes with it. It has a 322 Nailhead V8 engine with a 2-Speed Powerglide automatic transmission. I also have an extra identical transmission that goes with it. The motor is missing the intake, distributor, carburator, and valve covers but it is not froze up and it turns freely. The heads are also removed off the motor but they are there. The motor is bored over 30. This car is fairly solid. The worst of the rust was the rocker panels and the floors. Other than that, the car is solid. Most of the work has been done on the floors and the driver side rocker panel has been welded on. The passanger side rocker panel still needs welded on but I have the new one that goes with it. The trunk is solid. Most of this car is been taken apart besides the main larger body panels. The driver side fender and the hood is just sitting on the car and is not bolted down. Everything to the car is there besides the radiator and the gas tank but there is roughly a half a car in smaller misc. parts from a 1956 Buick Century. The interior is all there but all the upholstery is in complete need of restoration since it is worn and torn on the seats, roof liner, and dash board. The glass to the car is just sitting in place and isn't attached to the car. All the glass is in good shape besides the windshield has cracks in it and one of the side windows in one of the doors is cracked. The rear passanger side door doesn't open. It has the neat little rain guards over the windows on the doors. All the trim is in good shape. Both bumpers to the car have been removed and the go with the car but they could used re-chromed. The brake rotors have been turned but the car doesn't stop since the brakes are still in need of more work. The tires hold air. I have both the keys and a clear title for the car.
