I am moving international so I am forced to sell all my cars and toys, please check on my other items for sale and buy them all if you have the money. What we have here is a super fast, superb handling 2003 BMW M3 coupe in the very desirable Imola Red color with very low miles. If you are looking at this listing you know that this is a pure performance car so I am going to save all the words to tell you how great this car is. Look at the pictures and ask all the questions you want, if you need more detailed pictures let me know. If you do not know much about the BMW M3 please do a little research and you will learn that this car is the benchmark for the bunch and the E46 is probably the best M3 ever. IMPORTANT!!! The listing is shown with CSL type wheels but the auction DOES NOT include the wheels, the lucky winner of the car will get the original M3 wheels, I'll try to add a picture of he car with the wheels that will be coming with, please apologize me, I am currently out of town and my wife did not had a chance to install the original wheels before taking the pictures. This car has a lien, so once we have a winner I will have to payoff the car to release the title to the new owner. This car is so well taken care of that you wont believe how clean is the engine bay and how good is the condition of the interior and exterior but please ask all your questions, make sure you cover all your concerns before biding. The only problem with this car is that the previous owner took advantage of the very strict California Lemon law and the incompetence of a local dealer so BMW had to buy it back and repair it. The problem reported was with the seat belts but everything has been repaired by BMW and inspected. I have owned this car for almost 4 years and I have not had a single problem with it. So is your chance now to buy a performance car at an affordable price. UPDATE 12/14/11: This car was bought back by BMW due to the very well known SRS light problem which is related to seat belt sensors (If you are BMW enthusiast you know about this). I have the copies of the "California Warranty Buyback Notice" and a "Warranty Vehicle Inquiry" issued by BMW. I am adding a picture of one section of this notice, this is a 5 page document that I will provide to the lucky winner. I am sure you will love this car and I can guarantee you that there is nothing wrong with this car so if you want I can take it to the local BMW dealer for inspection for your peace of mind. The Private Party Blue Book value of this car is $21,622, if you try to buy it from a dealer it would be much more. On Dec-19-11 at 13:51:16 PST, seller added the following information: Update!, some people has been asking about dings and scratches in the car, honestly there are no dings or scratches anywhere in the car, you will find very small paint chips in the front of the hood and the front bumper... now, there are only two cosmetic problems in the car that I want you to be aware and the original pictures does not show it in detail, both thanks to my beloved wife, one by trying to get to close to the parking lot bumpers and the other by dropinng her bycicle handle on the hood, please see added pictures for more details. Also some people asked me about Seats condition, they are near to perfect and they are made of cloth and leather, I just added 2 more pictures of the seats trying to give you a better view, the "M" logo is embossed in the front of each headrest. Finally, some people asked me about the cold weather package, yes it does have the cold weather package which includeds the Pass-through ski bag, Heated seats and Headlight washers.
