Bid confidently on a Lexus LS400 that has been maintained beautifully both mechanically and cosmetically. This car has high miles, but ls400's have a reputation for going much farther than this car has gone without giving mechanical problems. This car has been adult female owned and driven. This car has never been smoked in. Mechanically, the car is in great shape. The new items that have already been replaced are listed below; 1. New 18" tires and alignment = $740 2. recent brakes = (within the last 15000 miles) 3. recent timing belt and water pump = (changed 25000 miles ago) 4. New tune up and starter = $1200 Cosmetically, the car looks awesome. I would be glad to compare this car to any car of it's age on ebay. The car has never been in any accidents, has always been garaged, but it's black paint was beginning to show it's age so I had it professionally repainted 2 years ago. Since then, the car has recieved a grand total of 3 door dings/scrapes which I have pointed out with my finger in the photos. The hood struts on this car are worn out and won't hold the hood up on their own. The interior of the car is very clean. The carpet has always been protected by two sets of floor mats, 1 carpet and 1 rubber. The leather shows very little wear for a car this age.
