It has a tasteful 2" lift, nice tires + rims but it's otherwise stock. This rig has good mileage, runs and drives well, doesn't reek of smoke, everything works, and it's priced affordably. I've had a dozen of these for personal use and have worked on them for years, this one came in looking and running nice and didn't need much. It's a good all season SUV and hard to beat for what we're asking! exterior This is a 12 year old black Jeep, it's in presentable condition but not an award winner. There's no scaly body rust and the undercarriage is rust free. It hasn't seen road salt. The paint and body look original except the left front fender flare which I replaced. The wheels are in decent shape, 1 cap is ding'd up. The tires have nice deep even tread all the way around. The windshield has a small crack starting. Our cost is $125 if you'd like a new one. The body is straight overall, just 2 nicks in the left rear 1/4 panel. The left front bumper trim has a crack and the rest shows the normal light greening. It isn't coming off though like so many of these you see. This guy does have the typical paint checking on the roof and to some extent the hood. If you keep wax on it, it won't get any worse. The paint is pretty good overall, could stand a wax job, does have some touched up scratches and normal road wear on the rockers. The photos do show it clearly, it's a good looking Jeep, just not new. Have a look! interior The interior is clean. It doesn't smell like smoke. This guy is well equipped and everything works. We did repair the a/c heater controls, they frequently go out on these. The upholstery is in good shape, not much wear on the drivers seat so the mileage it has is probably mostly freeway. They usually crack up pretty good at 100k, with 139 this one is still fine. The carpet, dash, headliner, trunk all fine. The right rear door panel has a chunk missing. mechanical I put 90 miles on this Jeep and know them well. It is a solid truck, fires easy, idles smooth, motor doesn't sound worn out. The 4.0 is pretty well bulletproof. I drove one that was rattly for 50k miles and it never gave out on me. They're cast iron heads and block, even overheating them generally doesn't kill'm. We changed the oil and filter in this guy and adjusted the sway bar links which are kind of cheapie quick disconnects. It has some light normal seepage at the valve cover, and a tad at the oil pan, but was drier than probably 70% of the Cherokees I've bought, right off the bat. The rear end has a tiny tiny bit of typical Jeep grumble from 50-55mph, but it does not howl and I'm certain about that. You'll get another 100k out of the rear diff just the way it is. The 4x4 works perfect, transmission shifts nice, no check engine light, no hiccups. It's a tough Jeepy and a good buy. comments This is a neat vehicle and a lot of Jeep for the money.
