Toyota Supra Turbo W/ Targa Top The car is a 1990 Toyota Supra w/factory turbo. Engine is 3.0 V6 Manual Transmission This is a nice daily driver. The car runs excellent, and it has a very smoothe ride. This car has only 117,500 original miles on it. New Rain tread tires! Engine: The 3.0 V6 sounds excellent, and runs flawlessly. The check engine light has been on for a while and could never find out why(does not affect the way it runs or drives). A new timing belt was installed on the car at 104,000 miles. The head gasket has been replaced, and the new gasket is heavy duty. The engine does not smoke, tick, knock, or leak oil. Transmission and Clutch: The Transmission is a manual 5/speed. The car shifts well, and there are no problems with slipping. The clutch disc has been replaced using a performance multi-pad type. The clutch is noisy when the pedal is released. I was told that this was normal with the performance style disc. There have been no problems with it, and it has functioned perfectly for the last year and a half(20,000 miles ago). Body: The body has a has a few small dents here and there, and the primer spots are over a scrape on the drivers rear, and a small dent behind the drivers door. There is a small amount of bondo in these two places, but the rest of the car is bondo free to the best of my knowledge. The clear coat is peeling in spots as seen in the pics. The drivers door handle is only connected by one pin(It works fine now, but it will soon need replaced). There are NO signs of rust , and the Body is in very good shape for the age of the car. The removeable top is in perfect working order. It does not leak, and the seals and fasteners are good. Suspension/Brakes/tires: The struts were replaced recently with aftermarket. ( used lower struts and car sits at a very good height). The rotors are performance and have about 10,000 miles on them. The brakes work great on the car, but the ABS light has recently started coming on. The power steering is not working correctly. I replaced a hose that was leaking, but it is still acting up. The wheels are chrome, and they still look great, but they are starting to flake on the inside. The tires are brand new and have the performance rain tread pattern. Also there is new full size spare that comes with the car. Interior: The interior looks great. The driver seat has full power (wrap around and lumbar). CD player Programmable cool down modual for turbo. The dash is cracked on the top over the steering wheel(see pics). The cruise controle knob is broke where it fastens to the wheel, but its still there and works fine. The trim peices around the power locks need a special clip to stay on. There are no tears in the seats (front or back), and they still look good. The oil pressure guage quit working recently, I checked the guage and its fine, im sure its the sending unit switch. All other guages work correctly, as well as interior lights,stereo, head lights, fog lights, signals, and wipers. This is an excellent running and driving car! IT IS A DAILY DRIVER AND IT IS VERY RELIABLE! It has 117,000 miles, and average wear and tear. I have taken several pictures, and tried to mention everything I know about the car.
