1974 VW Thing 4 cylinder, 4 speed, 60,000 miles (title is marked exempt due to age), signal Orange, Black vinyl seats. 4 Speed manual. Auxillary oil cooler. The carpets are home made. The Thing was restored about 5 years ago to a good level of quality. It is not a concours restoration (they probably weren't when new). There are some minor paint bubbles below the driver side rear door but otherwise the paint is decent. The top and side curtains look new but are probably 5 years old. The top came from the Trim Shop in AZ a company that specializes in parts and accessories for things. The tires are new, the alloy wheels are aftermarket. The w/shield is fogging around the edges. This came from an estate. The vehicle was restored about 5 years ago and still looks good. It runs and drives like it should and gets a lot of smiles from other drivers. Mechanically strong. You can drive it home and grin all the way. Ono is near Fort Indiantown Gap Military Base off of Exit 85 of I 81. We are 20 miles East of Harrisburg, not far from Hershey.
