1999 Passat V-6 automatic 157,597 miles. The car was parked almost a year ago when my fiance's grandmother died and she inherited her car. She had acquired the Passat in October of 2009 with 138991 miles on it and loved driving it, but the her grandmothers car is better on gas. I put a new battery in the Passat 2 months ago, it starts right up but wont idle. I drove it around the block a few timesbut it didn't clear up. My local mechanic shop told me the throttle bodies would have to be reprogrammed at a dealer. I did not pay for this opinion and we don't have money, just need the car gone. Having a hard time dealing with Lowballers so ebay it is, any questions ask. Buy is resposible for pick up or shipping. Sold as is payment is expected within 48hrs and pickup within a week
