2003 Mercedes-Benz SL 500 Roadster with 38487 miles, I am brokering this car for a close friend of the family. We are selling this one NO RESERVE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL TAKE THIS CAR!!! I watched this car roll off the flat bed when they bought it new. They were told the car was personally owned by John Holtz, the owner of the Mercedes dealership in Rochester NY. It was the only one available at the time, since the new body had just been released, it was very hard to get. So technically its a two owner unit but they bought it with just over a thousand miles. It has always been stored in a climate controlled facility along with many others in their collection. Always serviced at John Holtz now called mercedes of Rochester. Only driven on nice summer days that is why the mileage is so low. We just recently put two brand new tires on the rear and the fronts have just over two thousand miles on them. I have tested every button and switch and they are functioning properly including the a/c which is ice cold. They maintained this car meticulously, as shown in the pics and just had it professionally detailed. It is the most complete 2003 I have seen, including the manuals cup holders and both keys. The navigation disc IS however missing. That and the drivers side front rim (small break in the clear coat PICTURED) is the only two things I am able to find wrong with this car. The entire body is chip, scratch and dent free. The interior is very nice with very little wear. Never smoked in, smells like a new car inside. I really can't emphasize how nice this car is!!
