(+119 doc) LICENSED BONDED AND INSURED DEALER "CHECK"100% FEEDBACK "CHECK"HONEST ONE OWNER TRUCK "CHECK"RUNS GREAT "CHECK"40+ DETAILED PICTURES "CHECK" 1987 Ford Regular Cab 2WD Diesel, 3 Speed Automatic Check out our feedback!! We Do it Right!!! Starts, Runs, Drives, Stops very tight and excellent. No known issues. Just installed new alternator, new batteries (one is brand new, the other is 6 months old). Starts perfectly, even at 10 degrees. While in shop to put in alternator, I had my mechanic look over truck and fix anything that needed it, and he said it was 100% ready to go and that it is VERY tight. I pretty much expected that, but was happy to hear it. Extra glow plugs, fuel filters, oil filters included. Original paperwork and manuals included. Tires are less than 2000 miles. Basically brand new. Body has no touch up paint. It is a California truck. He moved to this area, and travelled all over the country in this truck. I have never driven a better running diesel, not seen one this nice for this age. The interior is in excellent condition for the year. Carpet is super clean, although it does have a bald spot in front of seat, not sure why?? Seemed to have been a non smoker. No lighter was found in truck and ashtray looks to have never been used. Miles are over obviously. Not sure if it's 169k or more. The owners friend sold it for him since he was out travelling. The engine has no blow by. It runs excellent. The trans has no issues. It shifts perfect. Super hot heater. Not sure if A/C works as it is too cold to tell. It has been converted. Engine area is super clean. Windshield looks good but does have a few cracks. Nothing I would fix. Body is exceptional for year. Does have some rust spots, see pics. Bed area is tremendously in excellent condition. All gauges work except tach is off or does't work when cold outside and jumps. When warm is acts normal. The gas gauge on one tank registers high until it's 1/4 tank. Oil pressure always stays high. Gauge shows this. Temp gauge stays perfect. No overheating. Looks like my Camry gauge. Does have drip oil near the rear of the engine. It will leave it's mark when parked. I would say average and typical for year. Cruise does not work, I forgot to have my mechanic fix it. I am sure it's an easy fix. Has a club like cable around the steering wheel that I do not have a key for. It just sits there. It can be easily cut off, I just didn't do it. Also the latch to the glove box is not working- need to open by prying open. Body does have one push in dent in front of the rear right tire. See pics. I am sure you could just pull it back with your hand, but I didn't even really notice it until I took the pics. I would drive it ANYWHERE. I have put 200+ miles on it in the past week because it is SO nice to drive. Overall this is One Beautiful Ford Pickup that has been BABIED since New by just One Owner! Ready for Winter starting with new battery and alternator! WOW WOW WOW!! TERMS AND CONDITIONS I consider myself a nice, respectful, and friendly person, and I like dealing with people who are also nice, honest, and respectful. For the sake of making it very easy for everyone to understand, I have these TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. This is an auction. This is sold "As Is". No Warranty. No exceptions. You understand that there is no recourse for future repairs, or any consideration to be made for current problems/issues with car disclosed or not. By bidding on this auction, you agree to these terms with no questions asked, no exceptions, no matter the case. 2. Statements and description of the vehicle are made by the opinion of the seller. Your bid on this auction reflects your opinion of the vehicle, not mine. It is a given that every vehicle I sell will have some rust (either surface rust or otherwise on frame, body, or somewhere because even West Coast cars have rust too), scratches, dents, dings, smells, stains, etc that you get with any used car. It is a used car, so expect wear and tear on the car in all of these areas. Read the description and look at the pics, but remember, they don't capture every detail. 3. You understand that at time of pickup, there will not be a "test drive" period before payment or final payment. You may verify the vehicle and the VIN and the title to ensure it is the vehicle you purchased. Any "inspections" must take place before you win the vehicle, not after. 4. All are welcome to test drive, inspect, and look at the vehicle, and ask questions via email or phone call before you bid on the vehicle. 5. The sellers responsibility begins and ends with providing the vehicle shown and displayed in the auction with a legal and clear title for the vehicle. 6. The description is simply based on the opinion of the seller, and once again, all bids must be placed based on the bidders opinion of the vehicle. 7. The definition of "hold harmless" is in effect on all of my auctions. By bidding you forfeit any rights to legal action or threats of any sort. I will not deal and I refuse to deal with people who sue (I never have sued, or ever threatened to sue and have never been sued). Again, by bidding and/or winning this auction you understand that there is NO legal recourse available to you for any reason on this auction, other than the promise that I make in providing the make and model car with VIN (and clear and legal title) advertised in this auction. 8. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. Vehicle to be picked up within 2 weeks, but exceptions can be made. Just call me to let me know what is going on. We will do our best to work with your shipper. I also may be able to pick you up at the airport. Sioux City is very easy and Omaha is a more difficult. Either way, this is a case by case basis. Please call. 9. $500 Non-Refundable Deposit Due within 24 hours via Paypal or cash in person. Full amount of vehicle due within 7 days of auction end, or at vehicle pickup, whichever comes first. I will accept a cashiers check, money order, or cash in person for the balance. No exceptions unless approved before you bid. Please call. 10. $119 Doc/Delivery/Prep fee on Every Sale. 11. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time, to sell to anyone, for any reason. If you want to talk to me, please call me. 20+ Years Experience Buying/Selling/Appraising Vehicles. I love this business and have always understood what makes a good car from a bad one, and literally look at between 1500-2000 cars per week in trying to find one's that are great buys, and still have good qualities. Most of them I buy based on the owner, not the car. If the owner is careless or if they are not nice to deal with, I almost always pass. If they are friendly and seemed to have cared for the car, I'll buy it. By buying cars based on people- and not just the vehicle itself, I have honestly had tremendous success by avoiding major repairs, surprises, etc. Also- regardless of flaws, if a car has a good engine and transmission, they are usually good buys also. I tend to find cars that are excellent at the core, as I am not the type of dealer who buys them half running and poorly mechanical, patching it up to sell. I am the opposite, and you will not get that here. I'm like you, if I don't think it's a good runner, I pass!! You can count on my expertise in your vehicle!! Usually they are cars that I would personally like to own and would be happy to own. We take it very personal to do a great job in describing the item, the good, bad and ugly, and to treat you like we would want to be treated. We do promise to provide our best service and to do the best I can in providing the car you expect. I have sold many VW, Nissan, Suburban, Silverado, International, Jetta, Passat, Luv Isuzu Diesel, Dodge Cummins (just last month) Rabbit, Luv, Escort, and Golf and even Toyota diesels, and I can tell you that I know how to find a great car for the money. 12 Years on eBay! 100% Positive Feedback!
