Vehicle for sale is a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta GLS VR6. Some of the features: Sunroof, Monsoon Stereo, Cruise, ABS, Leather, Power Windows and Doors, Heated Seats, and Traction Control. This car is fast and some have claimed the engine to be too big for the car. (Largest and fastest of the Jettas) Well I think it is just fine and still gets 24 mpg! This is a fun car that is in great mechanical shape. I have done synthetic oil changes and put premium gas in it since I have owned it. Synthetic blends are an option and mid grade gas is ok but it never hurts to use the good stuff. I would rate three of the tires as 5 out of 10 in relation to wear and one is a 9 that I had to replace due to a nail. The leather is in great shape and only has two areas of separation that I included pictures of. Flooring is in great shape. I replaced the floor mats with OEM replacements 6 months ago. Spare tire is present with jack and tools needed for roadside change. Engine has had regular oil and air filter changes. Transmission fluid was recently changed with premium recommended fluid. I have owned vehicle since 80K and have not changed the shocks, struts, wires, or spark plugs. Belts were changed at 105K. I had a lower A arm replaced to tighten things up on the drivers side at 105K. Clutch is good and brakes are new. Everything runs perfect. Items to note for full disclosure: CD player does not work, glovebox handle is broken, light oxidation on roof and hood; key scratch on drivers door, side view mirror scratch on passenger side, and drivers heater for seat does not work, (Pictures included for most) Please bid with confidence.
