I fell in love with how smooth, quiet and comfortable this car is to drive (Nevermind the fact it gets 40+ MPG!) ** Up for our next NO RESERVE auction is a very hard to find and IMMACULATE 2004 Volkswagen Passat GLS TDI (Turbo Diesel Injection). Finished in a great looking Medium Blue over a gray cloth GLS interior loaded with all the right power options. Options include power windows & locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, Ice Cold A/C (and I mean ICE COLD!!!), Power Glass Moonroof, Premium Sound System, Heated Front Seats, Traction Control System, Automatic Transmission and much more. Exterior of this VW is in excellent shape and holds a very deep and glossy luster. Body is very straight & true - only real marks to speak of is on the rear bumper cover to the very bottom of the trunk lid and a push on the trunk lid by the "TDI" emblem (would come out with the paintless ding doctor). Overall in well above average condition and looks great - paint really gleems and is one of the nicest colors available. Interior is equally as nice with no smoking odors, seats are very comfortable (heated seats work awesome), all power options work just as they should and the moonroof is a great touch. Tires are 90,000 Michelin's that have near new tread life left and really add to how smooth this TDI drives. Being on the road all week I always try to be in a TDI Jetta just because there is nothing that comes even close to the efficiency, comfort and German quality. This is without question the nicest Passat TDI I have driven - just tracks down the road ultra smooth, quiet and super straight. One finger on the wheel down the highway, no shakes, no shimmies and just no excuses - drives like a real luxury sedan. The 2.0L TDI Diesel provides PLENTY of power and is very responsive, no check engine lights or service reminders, brakes feel nice (pads are very strong front and rear), A/C is ICE COLD, stereo is a pleasure to listen too - just a nice tight TDI. Car was just serviced including a Fuel Filter, oil change with filter and factory spec 505.1 oil and air cleaner. I have put over 800 miles on this car personally and could not be any more impressed.
