Up for sale is a nice, clean and all original 1986 Honda CR 125 Dirt Bike / Motocross bike. This bike is really nice shape for its age, and I am selling it for a friend. He and his wife had "his and hers" dirt bikes, and this was his. Hers is also for sale, check out my other items. Overall condition is very good. Because it was ridden by a beginner for its entire life, it is not beat on, nor was it ever ridden in the mud or rocks. It would make an ideal platform for a full restoration, which I would do if I had more time. There are no breaks in the plastic, and the bike is almost all stock. The rear fender even has the OEM warning decals! Overall, this bike is real clean and nice for its age. Most of these bikes were beat to heck and back by kids. Check out my other auction for the matching 1987 CR80 which is clean and nice as well. The stock bars are straight, the levers are straight, the plastic is not broke, the graphics are clean and there are no dents in the rims. There are not major dents in the pipe either, and rear silencer is stock, as is the bars and grips! Its clean. It is not mint, but it is real clean and nice. It is very rare to see a bike as old as this to be so unmolested. This bike was bought new by owner and has never been owned by anyone else. Notes: The stock seat cover has a rip and needs to be replaced. Those are cheap enough here on eBay ($30). The rear Dunlop tire is a little chunked and will need to be replaced eventually. Front tire is stock and decent shape. Needs shroud decals, but those are widely available. If you need the NOS Honda ones, I can tell you where to find them for $15 a set. Bill of sale with purchase. Title was lost by owner. I can get a replacement if that is important, but it would entail a trip down to the DMV, which I would rather avoid. Overall, this bike is all there. If you wanted to restore it to like new condition, all the parts are basically there. It just needs some good cleaning and some elbow grease. Otherwise you can keep it and ride it as it is, and you do dont even had to restore. She starts and runs well. Brakes are good, etc. Bike is for sale locally, so hit me up if you are a serious buyer.
