1969 BMW R69S Outstanding Garage Find. Bike does not run and has been sitting for several years in heated storage. It has compression and spark and all the electrics work when I put a battery on it. Unmolested bike has gorgeous original paint & pinstripes and is dent free, inside of tank is clean and has the red factory coating. Exhaust is in amazing condition, if you look at the photos of the underside you can see how the frame and hardware is just beautifully preserved. Some of the chrome and spokes is a little on the pitted side, however looks like it will clean up with minimal effort- I wiped the bike down but did not want to scrub on it to show its originality. Looks like some minor tinkering & detailing and you will have a very desirable vintage BMW. I just have to say it again WOW look how amazing the original bodywork is!
