This Dodge Neon SRT-4 is completely built, heavily modified and currently running at a conservative 368 WHP at 23 psi on pump gas. All tuning was done by UMS in Tempe, Arizona by the use of the SCT PCM Flasher, so no pesky factory codes. Although an Apexi piggy back tuner is installed it isn't used for the tuning, so the tune gives the car a nice line all the way to red line. The engine was a complete build at 50,000 miles.
