I am the only owner of this 2007 black Subaru Legacy sedan that I am selling. It is a great car that I have not driven a whole lot - only 38,581 miles on it which is only about 10,000 mile driven a year. Inspection: The PA state inspection is good until 1/12/2012. For those who are not familiar with PA car inspections, PA requires that all motor vehicles have a mechanical and emission inspection once a year. Condition: The Good: The car was well maintained, all service was done on a regular schedule. The break pads and tires where both recently replaced. The pads have less 1000 miles on them, and the tires have less than 2500 miles on them. It has a brand new battery and was recently fully serviced. The interior and exterior was well kept and cleaned on a regular schedule. And was recently fully detailed.The Not Quite as GoodThere are some minor scratches and dings however you cannot really see them unless you are looking for them. There is also a scratch on the windshield from the wiper. As well as one of the rear cup holders is broken. There are no other defects with the car. Payment: Upon completion of the auction there is a 500$ deposit due at auction close, with the remainder of the balance due within seven (7) days. Title: There is currently a band lien on the car, so it will take ten (10) business days after full payment for me to be able to transfer the title. The buyer is responsible for all costs and taxes associated with the transfer of the title. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with pickup/transport/shipping of the vehicle.
