Vehicle Detail
Forest Green 1956 MGA This vehicle is currently not running. It has been in storage for the past 5 years and is partially disassembled. All components that had been removed from the car have been boxed, including seats, dashboard, cockpit rails, steering wheel, and other parts. This particular vehicle has not run in over ten years. No engine work has been done on it and no parts have been removed from the engine. The body is in relatively good condition, but for rust damage to lower portions of door panels, fenders, floor brackets, and battery baskets. It was originally dover white with red upholstery, but was refinished in forest green and reupholstered in black vinyl. The interior is virtually nonexistant. Wooden floor panels have been removed, upholstery stripped, and much of the surfaces stripped of grease, paint, and rust, and primed and repainted. This MGA needs an owner who can devote the time and effort to fully restoring what once was and could be a beautiful machine. Because of the vehicle's condition I must ask that the buyer pick it up from its location in Florida. I cannot deliver this car.On Nov-06-11 at 09:42:23 PST, seller added the following information: Forest Green 1956 MGA This vehicle is currently not running. Because the dash has been disassembled I do not know the actual mileage, however the engine was rebuilt in the 80s, it received limited use in the 90s and has been inoperational since about 1996.
